Copay payments are expected  at the time services are rendered. After insurance claims are processed, patients are responsible for any remaining balances as determined by their insurance policy. Patients may be responsible for the payment of supplies, which may include heel lifts, wedge boards, Therabands, or KinesioTape.

Patients who are paying privately are expected to pay for services at the time of treatment.
